Our Sheridan Site Council is spending this year
trying to reorganize and renew membership and we
would love to have you join us in this important
effort. School Site Councils were
developed several years ago as part of the
Kansas Quality Performance Accreditation process
for individually accrediting Kansas schools.
The purpose is to receive information and
provide input into the school's School
Improvement Plan which must include goals in
Reading and Math and at least on other academic
area. It is also an opportunity to ask
questions and give input to parents who want to
know about schools in general!
